With a background in osteoarchaeology, Ai-Ming is now working for the Dimension Endowment of Art (DEOA) in Taipei, Taiwan. DEOA is a non-profit organization that is devoted to art education and public art. She has been the editor-in-chief of the Taiwan Public Art Annual, and is in charge of public art advisory and consulting services for the Ministry of Culture of Taiwan.
