Massamba MBAYE is an art critic, curator and communication theories historian. He is a lecturer at Dakar Cheikh Anta Diop University and at the Virtual University of Senegal, and a member of the Dakar Biennale of Contemporary African Art, Dak'Art Steering Committee and the Communication Officer of the Biennale. He is also a strategic marketing graduate and has already worked on cybernetics as well as subjective aesthetics in the framework of fundamental research. Furthermore, he is the Executive Director of a media and communications group, an associated curator at Raw Material Company (RAW)，and the lead curator of Kemboury Gallery.
